The GJ Ryder Cup will consist of two captains each year and each captain will pick their team. From their the captains will pick two man teams for the first day of competition. No one will know who their partner is tell the day of competition. The following day the captains will select each person for the heads up play.

First day of competition will be at Redlands Mesa Golf Course.

The first day will be 2 man teams playing a chapman format. Both players will tee off each hole and will play their partners shot off the tee. After the 2nd stroke on the hole it will be alternate shot tell the hole is complete. Scoring will be match play not stroke.

Example:

Player A and B are on a team

Both players tee off at there respective tee boxes.

For the second shot, player A hits player B's ball and visa versa.

The team decides which ball to play at this point and alternate shot play begins.

Par 3's

Both players hit from there respective tee boxes. If both are on the green, they are both putting for birdie from their partners tee shot. Alternate shot continues after as needed.

Second day of competition will be at Redlands Mesa

The second day will be heads up match play (Handicap will not be included).

Each victory for two man earns their side one point. Each heads up match is worth one point.
